Ford unveiled two next-generation hybrid cars - including its first production plug-in hybrid electric vehicles - at the Salon of 2011 North American International Auto, provides consumers greater choice, versatility and style to the family vehicles with high mileage friendly.
Ford C-MAX-energy hybrid-and C-MAX hybrid based on the new Ford C-MAX multi-activity vehicle seats five, and each one offers a lot of mileage and low emissions as well as a particular frame and a flexible interior. Hybrid technology and third-generation hybrid full advantage of Ford's global C-car platform, the acclaimed architecture of power distribution, the next generation of information for the driver, and is equipped with advanced lithium-ion battery systems.
"The C-MAX C-MAX Energi and the Hybrid is ideal for families who want to maximize the experience of a hybrid car," says Nancy Gioia, Ford's director of global electrification. "With a versatile interior, these cars are going to appeal to environmentally conscious consumers, who need room to grow."
Ford C-MAX Hybrid is intended to produce better fuel economy of 41 mpg Ford Fusion Hybrid sedan fuel consumption in America today. It builds on the success of the Power Architecture, the critically acclaimed Ford currency used in current hybrids, so that it can act as fuel-saving electric mode for more than 47 mph.
